We all play a personal role-playing game every day. The definition of theatrical action is precisely this: the alternation of roles and perspectives with the aim of seeing life in a way that differs from the usual.

metamorφosis is, above all, the opening of a new path for anyone who wants to explore their world beyond its narrow limits. With breathing as our guide, we will inspire and be moved, using tools that we all possess: the body, movement, voice, and sound. Breathing transforms us and ignites our entire palette of expressive means. We will discover our personal sense of time, which holds untapped strength and new forms in words.

The ability to be present in the moment, in the Now, setting aside thought, habit, and self-criticism, will guide us on the journey of metamorφosis.

The workshop is experiential and aims to explore our presence to the fullest extent.

We will learn:

• How breath guides our movement and sound
• How observing daily life activates and transforms our centers of expression
• How to trust the moment and converse with whatever is offered to us!
